CGPA to Percentage Formula

Expression: Percentage = CGPA × 9.5

CBSE and many Indian universities convert 10-point CGPA to percentage using the 9.5 multiplier. Some institutions use 9.0 or custom formulas — verify with your university.

Example: CGPA 9.2

CGPA = 9.2

9.2 × 9.5 = 87.4

Result: 87.4%
